Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on February 14th. Registration forms will be available on the registration tab of our website. You can download and print these to bring in or there will be copies available at the school. These cannot be turned in until registration officially opens on February 14th.
During registration, please come to our main entrance, located on the first floor of First Farragut United Methodist Church (follow the sidewalk on the right side of the church to our entrance). You will need both your completed registration form and registration fee to complete this process. Your registration fee must be paid using cash or check. Please be prepared to pay your registration fee when you come to register.
Registration forms will be numbered in the order they are received, and students will be placed in any available classes in that order. If only a second or third choice of class is available, you will be enrolled in that class and placed on a waitlist for your first choice. If only one choice will work for your family, please do not select a 2nd or 3rd option. You will only be put on the waitlist for that class if it is not open and will not be enrolled at Trinity until a spot comes available. There are always changes between February and August and we will notify you if we have the opportunity to move your child. We will notify families by February 21st of the class they have been enrolled in or if they have been placed on a waitlist for a class. If we have questions while we are placing children, we will contact you at the number you provide on your registration form.
If we are able to place your child in a class, you will get an invitation to set up your parent account in brightwheel. This is an app we use for parent communication and billing. Please do this as soon as possible. Through the app, you will be able to set up your own profile as well as a profile for your child, add other family members and authorized pick-ups, update information about your child, and set up a payment method for invoices. We will be using this app to communicate future important reminders and dates as we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year.

The Next Step:
We will be distributing enrollment packets in mid-March to all of our students enrolled for the 2025-2026 School Year. These will need to be filled out and returned to the school by April 15, 2025. Your first tuition payment will be due May 15th and will continue to hold your child’s place until the start of the school year.
